4. Choose your username

If you're in a supported region, you can get started today by following the onboarding steps for account set up below.

If you're unable to set up a service package, it means your region is not yet supported. We appreciate your understanding as you stay on our waitlist until we are able to activate payment services in your region.

If you're on the waitlist, we invite you to join our Community! Engage in discussions and watch feature tutorials to get familiar with the platform ahead of your onboarding.

Onboarding Steps for Account Set Up

Begin onboarding by completing these 3 key steps to finish your account setup:

1. Add a Service Package

Once your services are setup, you're ready to get your first booking on EngineEars!

2. Generate a Booking Link for any existing clients you're working with outside of EngineEars or in progress projects you're already working on. This allows your clients to transparently see the order and pricing details of your service(s) provided, and gives them a direct way to conveniently pay for the project from the generated booking link. Consolidate your existing business and new business in one place by streamlining how you offer services, collect payment, manage and complete mixing/mastering projects. When sharing booking links with your clients, take advantage of these resources to help introduce the platform's benefits to them.

3. Complete your Profile so that you can brand yourself, promote your services, make it easy to be found/contacted by your clients, and attract new client bookings from EngineEars. Think of this as your LinkedIn profile specific to the music industry.

Next Steps for Success

After completing account setup, here are additional steps that we suggest you take to be successful:

Get Verified by fully completing the required number of mixing/mastering projects on the EngineEars platform. When you are verified, you will be able to increase your visibility/exposure on the platform to attract NEW clientele.
Setup Stripe to make sure you can get paid for your completed work!
Select a Membership that best meets your needs and take full advantage of the benefits of the platform.
