Verify your email address for your EngineEars account
1. Sign In or Sign Up
Log in to your EngineEars account. If you don't have an account, create one by signing up and choosing a username, entering your email address, and setting a password. Then click "create account".
2. Check Email
Once your account is created, you will receive an email in your inbox from EngineEars asking you to verify the email address you used when signing up for your EngineEars account.
3. Verify Email
Refer to the verification code received from the verification email, and enter the code, then click "submit".
Note: if you did not receive the verification email, you can click "resend code" which will send the verification email again.
4. Email Verified
Once verified, you will receive a confirmation that your account has been created (or your email has been successfully verified).
To double-check, click your profile picture on the top-right. Then click "Settings" in the dropdown menu. In your Account Settings, you will see a green checkmark displayed under your email address that confirms the email address associated with your EngineEars account has been verified.
Note: if you change the email address for your EngineEars account, you will be asked to re-verify your updated email address.
TIP: make sure you add and verify the phone number for your EngineEars account.
