Selecting/updating my membership.
Manage your membership subscription plan by following the steps below.
Select a Membership Plan
NOTE: Before you are able to select a Membership plan, you need to ensure you have completed your Stripe setup.
After connecting with and setting up Stripe for your EngineEars account, you can select a membership plan.
Navigate to the profile drop down menu located in the upper right of the page. Then select the 'Settings' option from this menu.
Next, scroll down to the Membership Status section in your Settings page, and click the 'Manage Subscription' button.
Fill out the survey questions and click 'Continue' button. A membership plan will be recommended for you.
If you prefer to compare details of other plans, you can click the 'View other options' link.
After you've picked a plan, click the 'Go to Checkout' button.
This will take you to Stripe to finish the checkout process where you can submit payment for the chosen plan. Once the transaction has successfully completed in Stripe, click 'Return to Engine Ears'. Your selected membership plan will be added to your EngineEars account.
Modify or Update a Membership Plan
To upgrade your membership, navigate to the profile drop down menu located in the upper right of the page. Select the 'Settings' option from this menu.
Next, scroll down and select the 'Manage Subscription' button.
Now, click 'Update Plan' to explore your subscription options.
You can upgrade to a new plan, downgrade to another plan, or change your subscription timeframe (monthly or yearly) for your current plan.
In addition, you can renew a plan that is set to expire, or cancel your membership from this window.
Select the subscription you would like to switch to and click 'Continue' where you will finalize your transaction.
