Invite a Studio to join as an Affiliate Engineer
If you are not the Studio Owner/Manager, and would like to have the studio you work out of to join the EngineEars platform, follow these steps.
- Ask the owner/manager of the Studio to sign-up for an EngineEars account (make sure they select Studio Manager as the "primary" account type)
- Once they have signed up, the Studio Owner/Manager will need to create a Studio Profile and complete Studio setup
- After the Studio is set up, you will need to join the Studio's Team in order to host session bookings there. Ask your Studio Owner/Manager to invite you to their studio team
- Once you receive the studio team invitation, you will need to accept the invite as an Affiliate Engineer. After you've joined the Studio's team in the role of an Affiliate Engineer, you will be able to offer your services and host session bookings at the affiliated studio.
- Reminders:
- Don't forget to Add a Recording Service Package to your own Engineer Profile so you can get booked as a recording engineer at the affiliated studio and/or at custom locations for travel sessions
- Make sure you Link your Google Calendar to your account profile so you can sync scheduling availability and session bookings
