Provide step-by-step guidance to your invitees by sharing instructions on
- How to accept the Studio invitation for your invited Studio Managers
- How to accept the Studio invitation for your invited Affiliate Engineers
If the person invited already has a profile on the EngineEars platform, they will be invited to join the team directly.
If the person invited does not have a profile yet, they will receive an invitation via email and/or text message, prompting them to signup for an EngineEars account in order to accept your invitation.
Step 4: Setting Up Recording Engineers
- Each of your invited recording engineers can set up their own recording services on their profile. They can specify their personal hourly rates and availability, allowing the platform to schedule sessions only when the engineer is available.
Step 5: Additional Studio Settings
After your team is created, you can modify additional settings using the Edit modal on your studio profile:
-
"Allow studio bookings without an audio engineer": This option allows artists to book your studio's rooms without requiring an engineer for the session.
-
"Allow your affiliated engineers to generate studio booking links": By enabling this, your affiliated engineers can use the Generate Booking link feature to create and share session booking links with artists. You will just need to approve the details once the booking is submitted.
- "Recording engineers are included in the room price for all sessions": By enabling this, when an artist books a studio session or when a session booking link is generated, the room price for the session will automatically include a recording engineer for the booked session.
After making changes, click the "Update Studio" button to save your changes.
