Steps on joining a Studio as an invited Studio Manager or an invited Affiliate Engineer
This article outlines the steps on how to accept a Studio invitation for the role of:
Accepting a Studio invitation as a Studio Manager
New to EngineEars
To accept a Studio invitation, check your email for the invitation link you received and click it.
If you don't yet have an EngineEars account, and received a Studio invitation email:
1. Sign-up for a new EngineEars account: Click the sign-up button and complete the process to create a new EngineEars account.
Tip: Make sure you sign up with the same email address where you received the Studio invitation email. This ensures you can join the Studio team you were invited to.
2. After you've finished creating your new EngineEars account, you will be directed to a page to respond to the invite.
3. Click the 'Accept' button. You will see a confirmation that you have successfully joined the Studio team.
4. Next steps.
- As a Studio Manager: If you're primarily responsible for managing the session bookings at the Studio, you will want to make sure the Studio is fully set up by completing the necessary Studio Onboarding steps.
- As a Studio Manager AND Engineer: Make sure the Studio is fully set up by completing the necessary Studio Onboarding steps. If you happen to also provide audio engineering services (for recording/mixing/mastering), you will need to get fully setup by completing the necessary Engineer Onboarding steps.
- In order to book recording sessions individually and at your affiliated Studio.

If you already have an EngineEars account, and received a Studio invitation email:
1. Login to your EngineEars account: Click the login button and sign-in to your account.
2. After you've logged in to your existing EngineEars account, you will be directed to a page to respond to the invite.
3. Click the 'Accept' button. You will see a confirmation that you have successfully joined the Studio team.
