How to Get Verified as a Studio on EngineEars
To become a verified studio on EngineEars, please ensure your studio profile meets the following criteria:
1. Studio Profile Photos
- Add at least five photos showcasing your studio. This will help potential clients get a visual understanding of your facilities.
2. Facility Description
- Provide a clear and detailed facility description that highlights what makes your studio unique. This can include information about the location, size, atmosphere, or any other notable features.
3. Equipment List
- Include a comprehensive equipment list that outlines the tools and technology available at your studio. Be specific, as clients often seek certain equipment to match their project needs.
4. Amenities
- List at least one amenity available to clients, such as free parking, a lounge area, refreshments, or Wi-Fi. Amenities add value to your studio and improve the overall client experience.
5. Studio Room Details
- Each studio room within your profile should contain:
- Five or more photos of the room.
- A room description to provide clients with details on the room's purpose and features.
- A list of amenities specific to the room (e.g., soundproofing, special lighting, etc.).
- Room Rates are set up.
6. Add Teammates and Affiliates
- Link at least one affiliated engineer to your studio profile. The affiliated engineer must have a “session time” service listed to allow clients to book directly.
- Note: If your studio is set up to allow bookings without an audio engineer, this requirement does not apply.
7. Submit a Support Ticket
- Once you’ve completed the steps above, submit a support ticket to notify the EngineEars team that your studio is ready for verification. Our team will review your profile to confirm that it meets all the criteria.
8. Verification and Marketing Video
- After we verify that all the steps are complete, your studio will receive a blue verification badge to signify that you’ve been verified by EngineEars. Verified studios are searchable on our homepage, increasing visibility to potential clients.
- Watch for an email with information on how to get a FREE marketing video edited by the EngineEars team. This video will showcase your verified studio, with collaboration on Instagram, to let everyone know your studio is now bookable on EngineEars.
By completing these steps, you’ll enhance your studio’s visibility on EngineEars and reach a wider audience. We look forward to welcoming you to our verified network of studios!
