As a Record Label A&R you can share access to final project files to your Quality Check team for QC to ensure all required assets files are approved, received and archived.
After the completed mix or master has been approved for your project, the service provider will prepare and upload final asset deliverables for the project (e.g. final stems, main and clean versions etc.)
Here are the steps on how to share the final project files with your QC team to conduct quality checks.
1. You will be sent an automated Project Is Ready For Quality Check (QC) email
2. Click the Click Here link in the email to goto the project where the final files have been uploaded.
Or log in to your EngineEars.com account and navigate to the specific Project page in the My Bookings tab.
3. Once you're ino your project, click the 3-dots menu, and then click the Share this page option in the dropdown menu.
4. Enter the email address(es) for your designated QC individual or team to share access to the project page. For added security, you can optionally set a password for the project page share link. Afterwards, click the Send Link button.
NOTE:
- Budget approval IS required in order for the delivery of final asset files to be unlocked for download and QC approval before the project's completion
- Direct Billing Information MUST be submitted beforehand, otherwise you will not be able to download or share the final project files for QC approval.
5. Your QC contacts will receive an email notification with a share link to the project where they can download, review, and approve the final project files.
If there is anything missing or incorrect, they can directly contact the service provider to request a re-upload.
6. After QC has approved the final profile asset files, you and/or the QC team can download the Project's final files for archival purposes and to release payment to the service provider for the completed project.
Return to your project, and click the Download project files button.
7. Make sure the dropdown menu displays "Deliverables" and then click the Download all files button. Save the downloaded file assets for archival.
