      I forgot to cancel my membership before the next pay period so I was charged, can I get a refund?

      You can cancel your membership at anytime since refunds are not available for memberships.

       

      EngineEars empowers users with full control over their memberships. You can upgrade or cancel your membership at any time through the settings menu.

      Please note that we cannot process refunds once your membership payment has been processed. Be sure to manage your trial period carefully to avoid unexpected charges.

      1. Profile Settings

      First, navigate to the profile menu located in the upper right of the page.

      Once in the drop down menu, select 'Settings'.

      2. Payment and Billing Tab

      This will load a new window, go to the Payment & Billing Tab and click the 'Manage Subscription' button. Here you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your membership plan at any time.

      Because our users have full autonomy with their memberships, any user that needs to cancel must do so before their next pay period or they will be charged and will not be eligible for a refund, this applies to monthly and annual subscriptions.
