I forgot to cancel my membership before the next pay period so I was charged, can I get a refund?

Membership refund.

EngineEars give all of our users full autonomy with their memberships. Users can upgrade or cancel their membership at anytime via their settings menu.

First, navigate to the profile menu located in the upper right of the page. 

Once in the drop down menu, select 'Settings'.

This will load a new window, scroll down to the bottom and click the 'Manage Subscription' button. Here you can renew, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your membership plan at any time.

Because our users have full autonomy with their memberships, any user that needs to cancel must do so before their next pay period or they will be charged and will not be eligible for a refund, this applies to monthly and annual subscriptions.
