How do I book a service?

As an Artist you can book an engineer for service such as: Recording Session Time, 2-Track Mixing, Full Stem Mixing, Dolby ATMOS, and Mastering.

Steps to book a service:

1. Select A Service

Use the search bar to locate an engineer or studio to book. Take advantage of filter options to narrow in on a specific provider, then click to visit their profile page. 

• Scroll down your engineer's profile page and find the services section.
• Choose the service that best suits your needs by clicking the 'Book Now' button. Services range from Recording Session Time, 2-Track Mixing, Full Stems Mixing, Dolby ATMOS, and Mastering. 

2. Booking Details

Select Service

• Select the service that best fits your needs.
• Select the quantity of songs you want to be worked on. 

Add Alts

• The clean version comes included at no additional cost. Add any additional alternate versions you need, including: Instrumental, Performance, Clean Performance, A Capella, Clean A Capella.

Add Mastering

• If your engineer also offers mastering, you can add mastering as an added service to your booking by clicking this toggle on. This goes for Dolby ATMOS mixing as well.

Engineer Has My Files

• Turn this toggle on if your engineer already has your files. This bypasses the file upload step of the project flow. 

Song List

• Name your tracks here by clicking the pencil icon next to each track.

Order Summary

• This shows the itemized breakdown of your booking details and gives you the total cost of your booking.

Requested Delivery Date

• Set the delivery date you wish to have your mix/master delivered by. Your engineer can request a different date if needed, in which case, you will be able to accept or reject the suggested date.

Apply Promo Code

• Apply any promo code you may have here and click 'Apply'. This will reflect on the Order Summary in real time.

Checkout

• Click 'Checkout' when you are happy with all of your booking details/order summary. 

3. Select A Payment Option

Refund Policy

• Click here to read our refund policy. You are agreeing to this policy upon checkout.

Payment Options

Choose from a number of payment options, including: 

• Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
• Debit Card
• Paypal
• Klarna (for splitting payments into multiple installments)
• Affirm (for splitting payments into multiple installments)
• Cash App
• Google Pay
• Apple Pay

Complete the payment process by filling out the required information for the chosen payment method. 

4. Checkout

• Click 'checkout' to finalize your order. 
• If you don't have an EngineEars account, you may be asked to confirm a one-time code sent to your entered email or mobile phone number to verify the transaction. Once the code is correctly entered, you can proceed with processing the payment. 
  
• After checkout is completed, you will receive a confirmation email and the project will appear on your projects tab.

• 1-Click Checkout With Link (Optional)

  • You have the option to signup and leverage Link for secure 1-click checkout. Enter your email and phone number to securely save your information making future checkouts powered by Link more convenient and secure with 1-click checkout.
