After a session has completed, files are delivered by the studio or recording engineer for payment to be released.
Once a studio session or recording session has completed, upload files from the finished session to the client. Afterwards payment is unlocked.
1. Session Page
Go to your Session Page by clicking the folder icon at the top of the page of your Dashboard. Locate the completed Session and click 'View Details' button.
2. Upload and Transfer Files
Next, upload the files from your finished session. Then click the 'Transfer Files' button. This will transfer the files from the completed session to the client.
3. Download Files and Leave a Review
After files are transferred to the client, submit a review for your artist.
The artist client will be notified that session files have been uploaded, and can go into the completed session details to download the recording session files. The artist will have the opportunity to leave you a review also.
4. Get Paid
24 hours after the completion of a session (and files transferred), payment is released to your Stripe account. The payment is automatically split between the studio and the affiliated engineer (if engineer was booked for the session), no need to manually manage payouts.
TIP: It is recommended that finished session files are uploaded and transferred via the EngineEars platform to ensure chances of getting paid out.
