[Account and Profile Setup](https://support.engineears.com/en/knowledge-base/account-and-profile-setup?hsLang=en) # Manage preferences and subscriptions to EngineEars email communications ## Steps to manage preferences for emails from EngineEars EngineEars provides many different kinds of communications over email such as: important announcements, company news, new features, platform updates, community events, educational courses, new exclusive content etc. You can manage your preferences for EngineEars email communications by doing the following: - **[Resubscribe or Change Email Preferences](https://support.engineears.com/en/knowledge-base/manage-email-preferences#change-email-preferences)** - **[Unsubscribe](https://support.engineears.com/en/knowledge-base/manage-email-preferences#unsubscribe)**   Resubscribe or Change Email Preferences If you are unsubscribed from receiving certain emails from EngineEars and would like to change your email preferences, follow these steps to resubscribe (and opt-in) to receiving emails from EngineEars again. 1\. In your email inbox, search for a past email received from EngineEars by typing **engineears.com** into your search. 2\. Once you've located a prior EngineEars email, click on it  3\. Select the specific type(s) of email communications you **do** want to receive. In your email inbox, search for a past email received from EngineEars by typing **engineears.com** into your search. 2\. Once you've located a prior EngineEars email, click on it  3\. Select the specific type(s) of email communications you **don't** want to receive. It will take you to a page to confirm you want to unsubscribe (and opt-out) of all emails.
