I booked the wrong service, can I switch the service type? Or do I have to cancel this booking and re-book the correct service?
Booking the wrong service type.
If you book the wrong service with your engineer we can change the service type on our end if the cost of the service is the same. If the cost of the services are different then you would need to cancel the current booking and create a new booking with the correct service, your money will be refunded for the incorrect service.
