Linking Your Google Calendar
Step 1: Edit Your Studio Profile
Begin by clicking the edit icon located next to your studio profile display name. This button allows you to modify your studio's details at any time.
Step 2: Link Your Google Calendar
- After accessing the edit mode, click the "Link your Google calendar" button.
- You will be prompted to sign in to your Gmail account. Make sure you use the account where you'd like your studio’s availability to be managed.
Step 3: Grant Permissions
- Once you’ve signed in, you’ll need to grant the necessary permissions. Be sure to check all of the permission boxes to allow full access.
- These permissions enable the platform to automatically read your studio's availability and create calendar events for sessions booked through EngineEars.
Automatic Room Calendar Setup
After linking your Google Calendar, any rooms you create within your studio profile will automatically be added as sub-calendars in your Google account. This helps streamline your booking process by keeping all sessions organized in one place.
