Steps to reschedule to an upcoming booked recording session
1 Login to your EngineEars account and click on Projects in the top navigation bar
2 Click 'Sessions' to view your booked sessions
3 Locate your booked session and click the 'View Details' button. This will open up the side panel with the specific details of your booked recording session. Scroll to the bottom and click on the 'Modify Session' button. You will see an option to 'Reschedule Session', click this button.
4 Select a new date/time you want to reschedule the recording session for. Note that this is based on the studio's availability. Click 'Request Reschedule' to book your new session date/time.
5 After submitting, your reschedule request will be sent to the Studio to accept or reject. If accepted, you will receive confirmation that your requested recording session reschedule has been approved and booked to a new date/time.
To make changes to your reschedule request, you can click the 'View Request Details' button to cancel the session instead. If the reschedule request has been approved, then you can click the 'Modify Session' button to make updates to the overall recording session booking.
