Submit a Change Request
Once a Streaming release has been sent to streaming platforms and digital stores (applicable statuses: "Approved", "Delivered", "Completed"), you cannot edit your release on your own. Instead you will need to submit a Change Request by contacting Support.
There are 2 types of Change Requests:
- Update the cover art, the audio (song files), or the track ordering in your distributed release
- This type of Change Request will result in new UPC/EAN and/or ISRC codes created for the updated release once the change request has been processed and approved.
- Update the metadata and details about the release, the tracks' details, or the credits in your distributed release
- This type of Change Request will maintain the same UPC/EAN and/or ISRC codes in the release once the change request has been processed and approved.
Notes:
- Release Date
- If the release date is already in the past and the release is currently live, you cannot change the release date. You will need to submit a Takedown Request.
- If the release date is in the future, and the release is not yet live, you can request a change to the release date with a Change Request.
- UPC/EAN codes
- You cannot change the UPC/EAN code for a release that is already sent to streaming platforms and digital stores. You will need to submit a Takedown Request.
- ISRC codes
