How to Enter:
1️⃣ Log in to your EngineEars.com account.
2️⃣ Complete your Artist profile (add a profile picture, cover photo, music genre, bio, location, display name, social media links).
3️⃣ Publicly release at least one completed song* project onto your Artist Profile page.
*Completed song must be mixed or mastered via EngineEars.com to be released. A song that has been approved/completed in a current or past project can be released onto your Artist profile page.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. The EngineEars Artist Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia (D.C.) who are at least 18 years old and meet all entry requirements. Void where prohibited by law.
Eligibility: Entrants must have an EngineEars.com account at the time of entry, complete their Artist Profile page, and release at least one (1) song project publicly onto their Artist Profile page. Employees of EngineEars and their immediate families are not eligible to participate. Free alternative method of entry: signup for an account on EngineEars.com to create an Artist profile page and submit the sweepstakes entry form. Void outside the eligibility area and where prohibited or restricted by law. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and EngineEars’ decisions, which are final and binding (without right of appeal) in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
Entry Period: The Sweepstakes begins on March 1, 2025, and ends on March 31, 2025 at 11:59pm PST. Entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered. Limit one (1) prize entry per eligible person/account. During the Sweepstakes period, entrants must visit EngineEars.com to log in or create an account. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different accounts, email addresses, identities, registrations or logins, or any other methods will void that entrant’s entries and that entrant may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. Any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods or agents (including, but not limited to, sweepstakes entry services) will void all entries by that entrant. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the EngineEars account used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holders. EngineEars will use the EngineEars.com account email address and other information for eligibility, notification and/or fulfillment purposes, if you are a winner, so be sure it is accurate and up to date.
Winner Selection & Notification: 50 winners will be selected at random and notified by email after the sweepstakes ends. Limited to one prize per winner. Entrants that meet eligibility criteria have a chance to win a prize, but are not guaranteed to win. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. The odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the sweepstakes period. There will be fifty (50) prize winners selected in total from separate random drawings, one (1) per eligible prize entry per person/account during the sweepstakes period.
Prizes: A total of 50 prizes will be awarded to winners at the conclusion of the sweepstakes. Prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Winners have until December 31st, 2025 to claim their prizes. By January 1st, 2026, any prizes not claimed or not redeemed by winners will be automatically forfeited. All taxes and tax reporting requirements related to the prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners, please consult a tax professional.

General Conditions: By entering, entrants agree to abide by the official rules and decisions of EngineEars. EngineEars reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any entrant who violates the official rules, applicable laws, or engages in fraudulent activity. EngineEars is not responsible for any technical issues that may affect entry submission.
Conditions and Release: By participating, each entrant agrees to: (a) comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of EngineEars; (b) receive any notices and other communications related to the sweepstakes electronically, including via email and/or website; (c) release and hold harmless the employees of EngineEars and any of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, partners, agencies, customers and any other company or individual involved with the design, production execution or distribution of the Sweepstakes, and the Prize suppliers and any other organizations (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Parties”) responsible for fulfilling, administering, or promoting the Sweepstakes from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability, including but not limited to negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property, including but not limited to invasion of privacy (under appropriation, intrusion, public disclosure of private facts, false light in the public eye or other legal theory), defamation, slander, libel, violation of right of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights, property damage, or death or personal injury arising out of or relating to a participant’s Entry, creation of an Entry or submission of an Entry, participation in the Sweepstakes, acceptance or use or misuse of any prize (including any travel or activity related thereto) and/or exploitation or use of Entry; and (c) indemnify, defend and hold harmless Sweepstakes Parties from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liabilities (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or relating to an Entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes and/or Entrant’s acceptance, use or misuse of any prize. EngineEars is not responsible if Sweepstakes cannot take place or if any prize cannot be awarded due to service interruptions, due to acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, weather or acts of terrorism. Entrants who do not comply with these Official Rules, or attempt to interfere with this Sweepstakes in any way shall be disqualified. A purchase does not increase odds of winning.
Publicity & Privacy: Except where prohibited, by entering into the sweepstakes, entrants grant EngineEars the right to use their name, likeness, photograph, video, audio, voice, opinions and submitted content for marketing, and promotional purposes without further notice, additional compensation, or consideration. Entrant agrees to the collection, processing and storage of his/her/their personal data for the purposes of administering the sweepstakes.
Limitation of Liability: Except where prohibited, by participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sweepstakes Parties from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the website or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes or the website; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, printers or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the website or the submission or processing of Entries; (e) late, lost, misdirected or undeliverable email; (f) any defect in a prize or inability to participate in the Sweepstakes or use the website or use a prize, or (g) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes, the receipt, acceptance, delivery, possession, use or misuse of any prize. Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Sweepstakes Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Sweepstakes and in no event shall the Sweepstakes Parties be liable for attorneys’ fees. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. If, for any reason, an entrant’s entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in this Sweepstakes (time-permitting), if it is possible at EngineEars' sole discretion.
