How to submit Apple Motion Artwork?

EngineEars supports Apple Motion Artwork submissions through our support team.

To request Apple Motion Artwork for your release, please submit a support ticket and include:

  • Project name
  • UPC
  • Apple Motion Artwork files
Apple Motion Artwork Requirements

Apple requires two versions of your motion artwork:

File Resolution
Album Page Motion 1x1 3840 × 3840 pixels
Album Page Motion 3x4 2048 × 2732 pixels

Both files must meet the following specifications:

  • Codec: Apple ProRes 4444, 422, 422 (HQ), or 422 (LT)
  • File Type: .mov
  • Pixel Aspect: Square pixels (1:1)
  • Frame Rate: 23.976, 24, 25, 29.97, or 30 fps
  • Color Profile: Rec. 709 or sRGB
  • Audio: No audio track
  • Length: 15–35 seconds

Please make sure both required versions are included and meet Apple's specifications before submitting your support ticket.
