When Do I Start Receiving Streaming Royalties?

⏱️ Initial Royalty Timeline

After you submit a release to DSPs (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.), royalties do not come in immediately.

• First royalty reports typically begin ~75 days after your release is submitted
• In some cases, it may take up to 90 days for the first report to appear

This delay is due to how streaming platforms process and report earnings.

🔁 Ongoing Monthly Reporting

Once your royalties start coming in:

• Reports are issued monthly
• You can expect reporting to occur around the 25th of each month

💸 Payments

• Payments are issued the same day reports are generated
• This means once your royalties are visible, your payout is processed at the same time
